About Adam Wilson- Founder & Managing Director

With four decades of business experience, Adam brings a unique blend of business coaching, executive mentoring and strategic advisory expertise to every engagement. His career began in business development, marketing and product management with leading brands such as Boral, Spalding Sporting Goods and Mercury Marine.

Joining National Australia Bank in 1997 was a pivitol move. Rapid promotions within the Leasing and Asset Finance Division propelled Adam at a relatively young age into senior management roles both locally and overseas. By my his early thirties, he was leading large national teams, progressing through Regional, National to General Management positions.

After returning to Australia in 2006, Adam served as General Manager Corporate at NLC Pty Ltd, Australia’s leading salary packaging and novated leasing company (now SG Fleet Ltd). These roles gave him deep insight into leadership, financial strategy and organisational performance.

What he discovered along the way were his true passions: building businesses, developing people and unlocking potential. Adam thrives on enabling others to succeed, and in 2009, he founded Stride Group—the foundation for what is now Kinesis Advisory. His mission has always been clear: to help business owners and executives achieve clarity, control and sustainable growth.

Today, Adam works with ambitious leaders to scale businesses, strengthen leadership capability and create high-performance cultures. He’s had the privilege of coaching and mentoring exceptional individuals who continue to inspire him. His greatest satisfaction comes from witnessing their breakthroughs—seeing his clients achieve goals they once thought impossible.
